Documents You Will Need When Renting.

Being a tenant, you will need to provide some standard documents, which include:

• Employer reference(s)
• Rental application form to be completed in full.
• PPS number(s)
• Copy of your passport and drivers licence.
• References from a previous landlord(s).
• Holding deposit, usually the first month’s rent and one month’s deposit.
• Full names and number of occupiants renting the property.
• Proof of income.
• Your full contact details, Phone number and email address etc.
